7/8 - WHAT’S BROKE & NEEDS FIXING by Leo Haggerty PFWA
WHAT’S BROKE & NEEDS FIXING. Looking at Major League Baseball. Here’s what The Big Leagues needs to look at not because it’s broke but because it would make it better and it pertains to scheduling.
There are some dates during the season that demands that MLB just needs to schedule a doubleheader for all teams simply because they’re special. Mother’s Day. Memorial Day. Father’s Day. Independence Day. Labor Day.
These five days need to be celebrated with a twin bill. A back to back afternoon matinee or a day and night soirée in the twilight. Either one works.
Hope I’m not alone with this opinion. Wonder if MLB is listening? Am I the only one that’s hearing the voice of Ernie Banks from above emphasizing Let’s Play Two, Buddy?
BOOK IT DANO!
