Stop trying to sell the narrative that the Southeastern Conference is far and away the toughest football conference in the country. It’s time to prove it especially after last year collapse in the CFP.

If the SEC is head and shoulders above the rest of the NCAA then there should have been two SEC conference teams playing for the championship. Texas and Georgia Round 3 right?

Well that never materialized. The Bulldogs were knocked off in the quarterfinals after getting an undeserved bye and the Longhorns were filleted in the semis.  In fact the Big Ten has more credibility in the toughest conference scenario discussion with Ohio State winning the championship and Penn State getting nosed out by Notre Dame in the semis.

My advice to The Commish is to follow the mantra established by Al Davis with the Raiders. Just win baby. That trumps everything.
