WHAT’S BROKE & NEEDS FIXING. Going to deal with the NBA today. What’s broke is the challenge system and I have a way to easily fix it with two simple tweaks.

The first part is if a coach challenges a call and they are right they don’t lose the ability to challenge. I can’t believe that if a challenge is upheld that a team would no longer have that in their repertoire moving forward no matter how many times they use it. If the call was made correctly the challenge would not be necessary. Needs to be a use it till you lose it scenario.

The second is another simple fix. Now any challenge or officials review is treated like a time out. Needs to be changed from when there’s a stoppage in play for any type of review that players MUST stay on the court away from their bench area. No more free time out.

That will speed up the game especially in the last couple of minutes. Now there are examples of that last 120 seconds of game time taking as much as 20 to 30 minutes of real time. That’s got to change and it's got to be done now
