THOUGHTS OF A SEPTUAGENARIAN by Leo Haggerty PFWA
THOUGHTS OF A SEPTUAGENARIAN. Remembering that today marks the 80th Anniversary of the 1944 World War II D-Day invasion of Europe. Allied personnel killed landing at Normandy in France was 4415. That included 2501 Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice leading to the defeat of Germany less than a year later. Never let us forget that freedom is not free. Amen. Book it Dano!
